Kristen Kennon / iRealty Arkansas

iRealty Arkansas was started in 2013.  Kristen bought iRealty Arkansas in 2016.  She loved the company but really thought she could add value by establishing an awesome work culture for the agents, creating a new training program for new agents so they can be successful quickly, and establishing a commission split that is advantageous to the agent and still provide them the top tools, technology and support they need.

Kristen’s approach to real estate is about getting to know her clients as friends and taking care of them from beginning to end. Today, as a designated Realtor® specializing in the Central Arkansas market, Kristen couldn’t ask for a better job. “It’s an awesome feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. I’ve lived in Central Arkansas all of my life and every day I am more amazed at all that this area has to offer.” As a fulltime agent, she sees herself not as a sales person, but as a professional who guides her clients through the major life event of buying or selling a home. She always listens first to fully understand her clients’ wants and needs; making sure they understand both the process and the significance of each decision they make and each document they sign; putting their best interests ahead of making a sale; and being available and responsive to them 24 hours a day. Her detailed marketing plan always includes social media exposure, distribution on multiple on-line platforms, professional photography, notification to her buyer list, and more.

Before starting at iRealty Arkansas in 2013, Kristen graduated from Henderson State University with a BS and MS in Sports Administration and became the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Jacksonville. Her experience not only honed her ability to solve problems, but taught her the excellent customer service skills she is known for. She is actively involved with the Board of Director for the Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club, President of the Sertoma Club and Past President of the North Little Rock BNI Profit Makers. In her spare time she enjoys making parodies, spending time with her family, playing tennis and singing karaoke.

As an entrepreneur, she also is President of Kennon Enterprises.  We purchase and rehabilitate homes.  She is President of SK Innovations.  We have a patent pending child carrying bag and she is currently working on a Realtor safety app that could also have a lot more uses and save lives.  She is also CEO of the non-profit Playing It Back.  Their mission is to collect and distribute sporting equipment to individuals, teams, leagues, or organizations; to engage youth in athletics; to promote health, team work, and community involvement; and to help ensure that youth have proper sporting equipment to learn the skills of their sport.
